My semi-automatic info xref checker noticed a dodgy link in ed.info
"Introduction to Line Editing" node
... shell `sh' (*note Bash: (bash)Bash.)
probably should be (bash)Top to go to the start of the manual. There's
no node "Bash" in the bash manual, info-mode "Ret" gives
