bounding box

I'm pleased to announce that I've achieved my goal of this week to
write a function that calculates the bounding box for an entire font
based on the bounding boxes of the individual glyphs. The diffs are
attached. The difference is apparent when saving a BDF font with
missing or incorrect bounding box information. The information is now
added/updated automagically.

Three files changed: raster_font.c raster_font.h and bdf.c. Diffs
attached as usual. 

For next week I will not be able to do much on GFE, because I will be
travelling a lot.
