Ebay Sales & Auction FAQ 

  

Can I pick up my product from your location to avoid paying shipping
cost? 

Answer:  Sorry But we do not allow local pickups, no exceptions. 

  

  

How do I get Tracking Info on something I have paid for? 

Answer:  You should get an automated email from our system with your
tracking information the day after your item ships. If you do not
receive the automated tracking response from us, you may go to the
following address and get tracking info.

Will this product work for me? 

Answer:  Please make sure you do your own research on the product you
are looking at before you bid.  Go to the manufacturers' web site and
review the item's specifications and features.  Keep in mind that this
is not a new item and may not have all of the accessories or software
that a new unit will traditionally come with from the OEM.  Be sure you
read the auction page text carefully, and understand what will be
shipped if you win the auction. 

  

  

What is included in this auction? 

Answer:   Please read the auction description comments in the auction
under what this auction includes.

auction.  These are features that the item is capable of supporting, but

Do you combine shipping on multiple purchases? 

Answer:  Sorry we do not; the full amount must be paid to ship the item,
each item is pre-packaged.  We will not repackage items in order to
combine shipping.

  

  

Will you ship internationally? 

        Answer: Sorry we do NOT ship outside the Continental 48 States 

  

  

How long does it take to ship an item? 

Answer:  Your order will be shipped within 72 business hours of payment
received.  We are not open for business on weekends, so please do not
include weekend hours when calculating your shipment date.

  

  

What Payment methods do you take? 

Answer:  We take American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard, via
our secure checkout site. We do not accept money orders or PayPal
because our system can not automate the shipping process to get orders
out in a timely manner. 

  

  

How long do I have to pay for the auction? 

Answer:  You have 7 days from the auction end date to provide full
payment.  After 7 days the item will be re-listed. 

  

  

Why does it cost this much to ship my item? 

Answer:  We use a custom Foam-in-Place packing system.  It is state of
the art and is not cheap to use, but helps insure that your product
arrives undamaged.

  

  

What shipping company do you use? 

Answer:  We primarily use UPS Ground Delivery. We will ship on our
account only.  We will not ship items using your personal/business
shipping account number.

  

  

I have a question about a product. 

Answer:  We apologize but due to a high volume of email, we are unable
to answer questions regarding listed items.  ALL AVAILABLE INFORMATION
is listed in the auction text.

  

  

What is the warranty policy for my auction? 

RETURN REQUEST. If you receive a wrong or defective item please process
your claim at http://www.ivexllc.us/EbayWarranty.asp a Return
Authorization number (RA#) within 14 days of receiving the package. 

  

MISSING ACCESSORIES. If you receive an item missing any of the
accessories stated in the auction you must process a claim within 48
hours of product receipt through our warranty claims page at
http://www.ivexllc.us/EbayWarranty.asp. Any missing accessory requests
beyond the allotted 48 hour time frame will be declined. 

  

RETURN SHIPMENTS. Returns must be received by IVEX within 14 calendar
days from the date the RA# is issued. Products received later than this
date cannot be accepted for return. 

  

PRODUCT CONDITION. Products must be returned in the same condition as
shipped from IVEX. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons,
instruction manuals, warranty cards, accessories and products must be in
the same condition as they were when purchased without markings, tape,
folds or defacing. Products returned in other than original purchased
condition will be subject to a 30% minimum restocking fee. Products
returned in damaged or unacceptable condition due to use or poor
packaging will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition
will be assessed at the discretion of IVEX. 

  

PACKING AND SHIPPING. Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton (we
recommend using our original boxes and packing material). Include a copy
of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print
the RA# on 2 sides of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible
RA# will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return
shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is highly
recommended. 

  
REFUND POLICY. When applicable IVEX will repair an item instead of
issuing a refund. We will not repair any items purchased for less than
$100 on eBay excluding shipping. WE DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND FOR SHIPPING.
(IF A REFUND IS ISSUED IT WILL INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT PRICE + AN
ADDITIONAL 10.00 FOR OUR ORIGINAL HANDLING FEES.)

7.   FREIGHT CLAIMS. All freight claims must be settled with the
shipping company before we can issue a refund. 

  

How do I get in touch with Ivex if I've already filled out a warranty
form and I still have an issue?  

Answer:  You can only process a warranty once, If you have already
filled out a warranty form and need further assistance with your auction
please just reply back to the original email you received from our
