AW: [bug-GIFT] gift-add-collection.pl

Hi,

sorry you got me wrong: my source-directory is stuffed with about 2000 jpgs,
all with the extension ".000". it works like a charm until the picture n -
which definitely is corrupt (I can't open it with any viewer, even if I
rename it tp .jpg). If I delete this corrupt and start the whole gift-add...
again, it works - until the next corrupt file appears!

Hi,

If I get the error right, then it is due to ImageMagick that we use to
convert the image into a thumbnail and into a ppm file for feature
extraction. ImageMagick does not know that the extension 000 is in fact
Jpeg and thus it does not do any conversion and consequently we cannot
extract any features.

Would it be a problem to change the 000 extensions into jpeg?
