Gnash only supports the older VM api, not the newer one. So right
there that could be a problem. Gnash is available in most GNU/Linux
distributions, so you might just want to try it. Gnash never ran well on
Windows, and would take a lot of work to fix. Assuming Gnash does play
your content, nobody is working in Gnash these days, so any work would
need funding. If your files are AMV2, you're out of luck.
