That's really naive. Of course you'd get bias. To
start with, all the people using GNE would be computer
literate westerners. Then others who were of a
different disposition might be scared away thinking
its all one-sided. Any ability to block work will
always introduce a high level of bias. We can't go
blocking works. If we just had a "yes" vote, then
assuming the "moderators" were committed to a decent
resource, adverts and binary bombs etc. wouldn't get a
"yes" vote, so they wouldn't get in. Anything else
would be sure to get in because somebody would want to
vote for it. Moderators could just be people who are
on this list perhaps, and/or people who have submitted
and had accepted 3 or 4 articles, just to ensure they
are "committed" to the project.
