dired should bind a key to visit parent directory

Hurmf, dried[-x] lacks a key to go to the parent directory, like u in
Info, q in gnus summary, etc.  The shortest way I can think of that
currently works is "C-x d . . RET", or lots of C-p's and a RET.

Anyway, you've got to admit "go to the parent directory" deserves a
binding, single stroke too.

I found "ESC C-u runs the command dired-tree-up" which apparently does
something else.  Also the word "tree" doesn't exist in dired[-x]'s
Info pages.
