Font problem with Emacs 21.1.1 for Windows

I am using the new Emacs 21.1.1 under Windows 95 and Windows NT,
and I've noticed that the font 6x13 is not displayed properly.
When I ask emacs to use this font, it seems emacs is using the
Courrier font instead.
The font 6x13 I'm using is a Windows version of the 6x13 UNIX font.
It was shiped with a X server I installed under Windows (I don't
remember which X server as I installed serveral ones). Of course
it is quite possible that the problem is coming from the font
itself, but I have been using it with no problem with Emacs 20
for serval years.
I have attached the font, so you can investigate.
