toggle rapidly between man page and program

I have determined that much more useful than
        q runs the command Man-quit
        Bury the buffer containing the manpage.
would be an additional binding/function that would allow rapid
switching back and forth between the man page and the program you are
trying to write.

For instance I can do this with Info: C-h i and q.  How about for man
pages?  Some things only come with man pages.
