Hi,
I'm using gnu emacs 21.2.1 on Windows 2000.
When I use the mouse to move the virtical scroll bar to the bottom of the
window and release it, the scroll bar block/handle/thing shrinks a little and
I'm not at the bottom of the document.
This seems like a bug. I'd like to grab the scroll bar with the mouse, move to
the end of the document and be at the end of the document.
As it is now, I need to use some other means to reach the bottom of the
document (move the cursor down, M->, or use the scroll bar down arrow).
In case it's important, I have 'large fonts' enabled and the font I'm viewing
most documents with is courier regular 10.
