I understood that the problem depends on which Emacs version I'm using
to install the packages:
- with Emacs 24.3.1, it's OK: "keywords" list is correctly QUOTED in the
generated `xxx-pkg.el' file.
- with Emacs 24.3.93.1 (of 2014-08-15), it's NOT, as you can see on
http://screencast.com/t/ilxgafLbh.
