I don't see an example that shows the correspondence
between a string arg and a Lisp sexp arg that returns
a list of args.

I see two examples with a string arg and (not "right
after that text") two examples of Lisp sexps (one of
which shows something you should not do).

I see no correspondence between the string examples
and the sexp examples. 

In any case, the question I pose is whether Martin
feels that some additional example(s) might help.
