Details:

When the data sheet view has numerical data with value labels and the value
label view is activated, then editing a cell with a label will edit the label
name and not the numerical data. Only relevant when value label view is
active. To reproduce:

0 Create a variable "a"
0 Add two value labels {5 = "donald", 7 = "trump")
0 Switch to data view
0 Add data 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 , 10
0 Switch on value label view => labels are displayed
0 Click in row 4 with the value 7 ("trump")
0 Click again

=> Result: The editable starts with the word "trump"
=> Expected: The editable should start with the numerical value 7.00 or edit
should not be possible at all.

Copy and Paste with the value label view active does not work either. To
reproduce:

0 Select Column 1, Row 2 and 3 (values 3 and 5)
0 Click in row 5 with value 9
0 Paste

=> Result: The value 9 in row 5 is replaced with 3, value 10 in row 6 is
empty
=> Expected: 9 replaced with 3 (already correct) and 10 replaced with
"donald"
