[Bug-gnubg] libgen.h?

Hi, 

I've just checked in some code that changes the way the HTML export
produces links in the header.

Instead of

<a href="/home/jth/prog/gnubg-bugfix/bla.html">

it now produces

<a href="bla.html">

with the use of basename from libgen.h.

However, I'm quite unsure whether libgen.h is standard or not?!

Does anyone know?
