I do like this, I really do :o)

But I think it would be added value, not?
That is: I still would like to see the selected move from 'Hint' reflected
on the board before Tutor starts. It's just odd to see the move you did on
the board, ask for a Hint, select another move there, click 'Move'... and
see the 'considering move....' from Tutor while your first move is still
shown.

(and I would like the 'added value'... I (actually 'we': belgian backgammon
league hasselt) think it would be a great feature)

Not if you use 0-Ply to randomly display the - let's say - first 20 moves ?
