[Bug-gnubg] Bug in Windows version -- Tutor response window appears when not needed

I'm playing in tutor mode.  gnubg has just moved, and I
assume he has rolled my dice and done whatever calculations
he does, because the little slider bar at the lower right
of the screen scoots back and forth.  Then the tutor window
appears telling me I'm about to make a very bad play.

But I haven't even seen my dice on the screen, and
therefore can't play.  If I click "Play anyway" he'll show
my dice and I can move.

This has happened twice -- one with the hint window open
from the last move and once without.  I didn't save the
files when the hint window was closed, but have them for
when it was open if that will be of any help.  Let me know
and I'll send them.  I do have to close the tutor window
before I can export the game.
