I think it's somewhat useful.  For instance, when suspicious of a rollout
result, it is common to ask questions like "is gnubg hitting or escaping
the blockade on its 5s?", which is the sort of thing that "show rolls" is
well suited to.

Besides, we aleady allow the user to choose from 9 different dice
generators, modify the refractive index of the chequers, and compute
dead cube raccoon points -- surely "show rolls" is not as useless as
those things ;-)

I don't see why not, if somebody wants to write it!  (Something similar
has been on the TODO list for ages.)
