[Bug-gnubg] Coloured moves in game list

I had a look at the game list code yesterday and added some colours to 
cube/chequer blunders/errors/doubtful moves.

The colours are probably not great and I guess settable options are 
needed but I thought I'd get people's views before adding this.

Ps. I moved the code for the game list to a new file, gtkgamelist.c to 
make things easier for me to understand.
