[Bug-gnubg] BUG: gnubg crashes when playing against itself

Hi,

In order to check the difference between supremo and grandmaster, I let 
gnubg play against itself when player0 is supremo and player1 is 
grandmaster. I set a 64 points match but only about half of the the times it 
actually gets to 64 before crashing.
I can't see a certain pattern, sometimes it will crash on the first game and 
sometimes it will play quite a few before crashing.
This happened with an older version of gnubg and it still happens with the 
newest 20090518 version.
Also, it happens both on my winXP operated core2duo 2GHz with 1GB RAM laptop 
and my Vista operated quad 2.4GHz with 4GB RAM desktop.

Any ideas?
