I don't think there is an output format that gives that directly
including SGF. In all of them it can be inferred from the result of the
last game and added to the score at the beginning of the game.

With that being said, if you are using the scripting functionality I
assume you are feeding commands into GNUBG with the command line as
described to you previously. You can issue the command:

show scoresheet

and get output that looks like this:

Score Sheet - Match to 7 points

player1 | player2
-----------------
      2 | 0
      2 | 2
      2 | 4
      2 | 7

The last line would be the final score.
