The better the player that analyses another player, the more accurate
the analysis will be.  GNUBG supremo analysing your play will probably
reveal more errors in your play than GNUBG expert does and will give you
a different rating.  That means that the estimated strength does not
only depend on your real strength but also on the strength of the
analyzing player.

An implementation for your feature request would first require a fixed
setting for the analysis, and then probably a lot of try and error until
the names of the skill levels approximately match the analysis results. 

Lots of work and maybe not that helpful at the end of the day.
