Using the pre-built Ubuntu (At least 12.04's) binaries have you tried to
build any hypergammon databases? Happened to note a buffer/stack over
run get picked up, even building the 1 checker database. Using the
latest CVS source I ran valgrind on makehyper and didn't notice any
problems. I didn't go back and build the debian package from source
(with debug on) to see if I could track down the error. I will later if
I have a chance.
