It's fine with me, except that one should also add
the temporary file stdbool.h-t to the MOSTLYCLEANFILES:

MOSTLYCLEANFILES += stdbool.h stdbool.h-t

(After all, the point of the temp file is that everything is fine if the
user presses Ctrl-C while building.)
