Why is are the headers in EXTRA_DIST instead of lib_SOURCES in modules/getline: 

        Makefile.am:
        lib_SOURCES += getline.h
        EXTRA_DIST += getndelim2.h getndelim2.c
Also, Automake discovers getndelim2 due to the AC_LIBOBJ call, so it is unecessary to have getndelim2 in EXTRA_DIST.
