Hi,
On debian you need to add -I/usr/include/postgresql to
eoadaptors/Postgres95/Makefile.preamble
ADDITIONAL_INCLUDE_DIRS = -I../.. \
-I/usr/local/pgsql/include \
-I/usr/local/include/pgsql \
-I/usr/include/postgresql
