I think we should have the ./configure script in there to determine all
the right includes rather than listing all the possible ones, hardcoded,
in here ... added a comment for that ... I just wish I had time to code
all the stuff I'd like to (but if you have time to write the configure
code, send it to us and I'll happily put that in).
