Quoted from e-mail from Stefan Urbanek:
Try:
1. open any gnustep application which uses NSPopupButton,
like in gworkspace preferences panel
2. right-click on the popupbutton -
you will see a small ~4x4 pixel white-filled box
appearing at the position where the bottom of opened
popupbutton should be
3. open the popup button with left-click
and you will see a black bar at the bottom of
expanded popupbutton,
like that one drawn for main menu
If you do this to a popup button with just one item
(gnumail compose window, if you have single transfer
method or single user profile), then by left-clicking
(after that right-click) on it will start
dragging the popup button with the bar.
