1 - Openapp Ink
2 - Choose Document/Save As...
3 - Click in textfield
4 - Notice the cursor is a IBeam cursor, GOOD.
5 - Switch focus to another application, e.g. Alt-Tab in
WindowMaker.
6 - notice that the cursor stays an Ibeam cursor.
even outside the text field, e.g.
over the root window.
7 - Click Cancel in Save As dialog.
8 - Notice cursor steas IBeam cursor, NOT GOOD.

Note that this bug looks like #100251
but #100251 is really fixed.
