I have also noticed this bug, although it doesn't seem
to be specific to Terminal (hence I changed the
subject).. at

there's a screenshot (the app really shouldn't have a
miniaturize all button...) but i added it to show some
more effects.. of the bug)... things like the NSMenu
get icons, after clicking on some of the icon's it
display's funky things... all the stuff which is black
is non responsive and shouldn't be there, (It actually
shows up in the very bottom left hand corner under
icons and stuff...)

(tis fairly ugly code at the moment)

it is an icon window with a couple of images on it
(right click the icon window to bring up the menu
click minimize all, open all the icons... move the
icon in the lower left you should see a bunch of crazy
stuff..
