I am all in favour for the removal of libwraster, but didn't you forget 
about the usage in x11, where it is used for much more than just the 
image loading? It would be nice, if we could get rid of this code here, 
but without this change we would keep on using the old wraster files we 
currently have included in back, even if y newer version of libwraster 
was installed.
