I fixed the bad include in gsldap.

There is no 'workaround' for including base/... because nothing is supposed to
do that ... the old include path was 'gnustep/base/...' rather than 'base/...'
and the redirect from 'gnustep/base/...' to 'GNUstepBase/...' seems to be
working fine.

Summary: compiler #warning and #include "redirect" not working for
base/GSCategories.h

Original Submission: For libraries like gsldap, which have not been updated to
reference GNUstepBase/GSCategories.h, and still reference base/GSCategories.h,
the compilter #warning and #include "redirect" do not seem to be working, and
the library build dies because headers cannot be found.

Any libraries, including gsldap where this bug was found (in GSLDAPCom.h) need
to be updated, or the work-around needs to actually work.
