Details:

Seeing that GNUstep-HOWTO docs suggest running gdomap as system, and gdnc and
gpbs per user, as opposed to running gdomap and gdnc as system in the old
way.

After started gdnc as a user, gdomap doesn't show GDNCServer:
# gdomap -L GDNCServer
Unable to find GDNCServer.

Application start-ups state that we should start using NSPortIsMessagePort ...
but this isn't the default atm, and it seems the old way is now not working.

Suggestions for what the working default should be for packagers would be
greatly appreciated.
