Thank you for your response.
However I tried building the GNUstep from the scratch.
My cygwin installation was new, and there were no
GNUStep installed previously.
So, I believe I already did what you mentioned.
Other people recommened me to recompile TIFF or JPEG
library. According to hime, miscomplied and thus
misinstalled library could cause the problem.
I didn't try compiling the GNUStep after that time.
I wish that someday it could be very easy to install
the GNUStep. It can boost adoption rate of the
Objective-C and its framework. You can use your IBM
compatible notebook for inexpensive replacement of the
Mac notebooks as a development platform on the street.
