Details:

GNUstep make/base/back r26014, gui r26071 and Gorm r26014

In Gorm NSTableView and NSOutlineView inspector, clicking the checkboxes that
controls the visibility of vertical and horizontal scrollers has no effects.
The scrollers are neither show or hidden and the gorm file isn't marked as
modified (save remains disabled).

The only way to modify the scroller visibility is to use the NSScrollView
inspector where equivalent checkboxes (in Scrollbars box) allows to control
the scrollers of table views and outline views as expected.

There is also a minor cosmetical glitch, the checkbox related to 'Horizontal
scroller' of NSTableView and NSOutlineView inspector is partially hidden/cut
by the group box enclosing the checkboxes. Many inspectors suffers from such
small visual glitches, not really a problem but removing them would improve
the Gorm look & feel.

Quentin.
