Follow-up Comment #1:
Confirmed. These checkboxes should probably be removed, since the scrollers
are an attribute of the containing scrollview and not of the table or outline
view. They are, I believe, left over from a time when Gorm couldn't
separately edit these two objects (because the code to properly handle
different levels of containment wasn't complete).
