Details:

[NSUserDefaults valueForKey:@"theExistingKey"] falls in the segmentation
fault:

Uncaught exception NSUnknownKeyException, reason: Unable to find value for
key 
"theExistingKey" of object <NSUserDefaults: 0x80953d8>
