There is a windows backend, otherwise nothing would work at all (and you would
get a very different error). The problem is that the backend that comes with
the
Windows installer does not have an OpenGL library linked with it. You'll need
to download and compile such a library and recompile gnustep-back, making sure
that
when you reconfigure gnustep-back, it recognizes the opengl library.
