Follow-up Comment #5, bug #34449 (project gnustep):

Don't get me wrong ... filing bug reports is welcome ...but personally I
regard it as a common courtesy and duty (even for commercial software, but
especially for free software) as well as a case of enlightened self interest.
I know there are people out there who don't report bugs, but that doesn't make
it ethical, and I hope/expect that most people will act ethically.

As far as reports of missing (recent) APIs goes ... please report them as
change requests rather than bugs. That lets people prioritise when scanning
the bug management system for some small job to fit in. Yes that means that
change requests are treated as lower priority than bugs, but it registers your
interest in a particular feature.

Finally (I'm away for a few days and can't converse for a bit), please
reconsider helping with actual software contributions ... you may hate the FSF
and the coding style, but if you want to have this free software available, it
probably makes sense in the long run for you to overcome your distaste and
join in making it even better.
