[bug #38231] After Windows Install, missing gcc.exe and virus found

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #38231 (project gnustep):

Thank you, Adam.  Could you double check that executable?  I'll go ahead and
load gnustep-devel and try again.  I'll remove the gencmn.exe from the webroot
quarantine and send a note to them saying that it's a false positive.
