Follow-up Comment #4, bug #38231 (project gnustep):
Thank you, Adam. Loading the Developer package (gnustep-devel) did the trick
on my missinggcc.exe. I'll send a msg to Webroot about the gencmn.exe. I
have successfully compiled my first program. Hooty-Hoo!
As far as I'm concerned, you may close this issue.
