Follow-up Comment #9, bug #59920 (project groff):
I emailed Ingo's analysis to my French friend, and she replied to the email
but didn't address its substance, which I can only take as tacit agreement
with him. Since Ingo gives a rationale and cites sources, I think it's best
to go with his wording, finally close this bug, and fall back on comment #7:
"the translation can always be further improved in the future when a willing
volunteer appears."
