Follow-up Comment #34, bug #58736 (project groff):
First stumbling block: your 58736.diff appears to not be against git HEAD but
against your locally modified version of the tree:
$ patch -p1 < 58736.diff
patching file ChangeLog
Hunk #1 FAILED at 1.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file ChangeLog.rej
patching file tmac/e.tmac
Hunk #3 FAILED at 2159.
1 out of 3 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to file tmac/e.tmac.rej
I'll see if I can apply the changes manually, assuming nothing in this patch
is dependent on uncommitted changes to e.tmac.
