Thanks for the quick update! (Maybe a little TOO quick... I was already doing
the manual edits and not monitoring email when you posted this.)
I ended up adding the one new line (initializing _f) in the problem block and
am running some tests now. So, reviewing your other pending changes, it
appears all I'm missing are the .do's on @err (shouldn't matter, as I never
use compatibility mode) and the initialization of ?f, which I presume to be a
documentary matter and not a functional one.
