I don't think it is possible. And I don't think it is worth doing,
either.  If someone uses grub it means he/she has at least one free
operating system; then the grub files can live there.

I don't see any point adding support to run grub with non-free
operating systems (and nothing else). If the proprietary OS doesn't
have a good boot loader, it's their bug, not ours.  That said, it may
be good to accept contributed code that supports such feature, as long
as it doesn't raise the maintainer's load in dealing with extra bug
reports or anything similar.
