No. None of the M$FT OSes use the MBR to store the bootloader.. it's
always stored in the first sector of the partition that the OS is
installed in. (I don't know about WinXP but I guess the same holds true
for XP too ... embracing and extending the MBR is not part of Bill's Big
Picture for M$FT IMO! :-)
