Patch for mbchk

From: Michael B. Trausch

Howdy there,
It seems that mbchk would bomb if flags[2] was turned on in the
MultiBoot header. As the MultiBoot specification defines it, and it is
not a reserved flag, mbchk should recognize it. As to GRUB's _supporting_
it... it leaves the kernel in text mode, which the specification permits
even if a graphics mode is requested. In any case, this patch fixes the
mbchk utility to properly see and recognize what flags[2] is.

        Thanks,
        Mike
