AFAIK it is currently not possible to chainload to
a CDROM, Grub does not (yet ?) understand ISO9660.

It might be possible with Leonid Liskovsky's patch. See

but I am not sure, since I did not have time to try it out
and this patch is currently only available for 0.93.

Hopefully Leonid has time enough to provide his patch
also for the current cvs.
