Summary:  [PATCH] new command modulelist

Original Submission: This patch implements the "modulelist" command.
This is the way I always intended multiboot boot loaders to operate from the
beginning, and it's really what one wants for booting something with hairy
module strings like the Hurd.

Please put this in. I think it would be a real boon to Hurd users to switch to
using modulelist as the norm.
