Problem with pxegrub installation

Hi,

We are currently trying to do pxegrub installation for our whitebox4 systems. 
I have installed the latest diskless patches to incorporate the latest e1000 
and tg3 network card drivers.

The DHCP and TFTP servers properly send the pxegrub and grub.conf file to the 
PXE client, but the problem is that when we try to send the kernel, the TFTP 
server gets connection refused error messages from the clients.
