OK Adrian and Benoît,

this time one more success.
As  Adrian asked ; I have executed qemu from root. And this time I don't
need /dev/sda1 because qemu
opens with /dev/sda

But again it shows the same error

 Non -system Disk or Disk error
 Replace and strike when ready
